AcuityCFO Engages Veteran Financial Professional Judi Vitale as Partner
AcuityCFO Continues to Broaden Executive Level Offerings
July 18, Atlanta, GA: — AcuityCFO, a trusted independent financial partner working within small and mid-market companies to create sustainable business benefits, has expanded its executive team with the addition of Judi Vitale. Throughout the first half of 2007, the Company has met significant growth in its client base by doubling its staff with experienced financial professionals. Ms. Vitale marks the first expansion of the executive team, as she joins founding partners Stewart Brooks and Kenji Kuramoto in leadership of the organization.
As a partner of AcuityCFO, Ms. Vitale will be responsible for providing clients with executive–level services, as well as management of AcuityCFO engagement teams. She also will assist in the development of internal methodologies and practices, and will contribute to the strategic vision for the firm.
Ms. Vitale brings more than 25 years and a broad ranging scope of experience to AcuityCFO. She comes to the Company from Indus International, Inc., now known as Ventyx, Inc., where she served as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer. In that role, she held comprehensive management responsibilities over the accounting and finance departments. Prior to her work with Indus, she was with Firstwave Technologies, where she served in various roles, culminating as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. She continues to serve on the Board of Directors of Firstwave. Ms. Vitale has been actively involved in growing companies through acquisitions, private equity offerings, bank lines, board reporting, financial budgeting and forecasting, and cash management.

In addition to her corporate experience, Ms. Vitale has been an active part of the Atlanta professional community. She is President of Women in Technology (WIT), a non-profit organization promoting women in technology for success in Georgia; and serves on the WIT Foundation Board of Directors as well. Her community leadership also includes serving on the Boards of Directors of TechBridge and the Technology Association of Georgia.
