ACUITYCFO HIRES ENGAGEMENT SENIOR
ANDREW KASTE AUGMENTS TEAM WITH EFFICIENCY AND EXPERIENCE
ATLANTA, GA, June 7, 2006 — AcuityCFO, a trusted independent financial partner working within small and mid-market companies to create sustainable business benefits, has added Andrew Kaste to its growing team of experienced accounting professionals. As an Engagement Senior for AcuityCFO, Mr. Kaste will apply 14 years of experience with corporate accounting systems and business management. He will work directly with AcuityCFO clients, performing core accounting functions and implementing proper financial procedures and controls.

Mr. Kaste will be working with a number of AcuityCFO technology and start-up clients, handling core accounting functions and processes. He will serve as an onsite team member responsible for day-to-day execution of AcuityCFO engagements.
An Atlanta native and graduate of Georgia Tech, Mr. Kaste has a broad skill set with accounting systems and business management. Prior to joining AcuityCFO, Mr. Kaste worked for George A. Pennington & Company, LLC, where he was responsible for handling tax returns for individual and corporate clients. Before joining George A. Pennington & Company, he spent five years with Watermarke Companies, Inc., where he was responsible for accounting and financial processes and government statements for eight business entities. Mr. Kaste's experience also includes work as a business manager and technical analyst for The Winfield Consulting Group, Inc. and HOPE for Kids, through which he established best practices in accounting, finance and technology processes.
