ACUITYCFO NAMED TO THE START-UP COUNCIL

COMPANY TO SUPPLY EXPERT FINANCIAL INSIGHT TO SELECT EARLY STAGE ATLANTA COMPANIES

ATLANTA, GA, May 16, 2006 — AcuityCFO, a trusted independent financial partner working within small and mid-market companies to create sustainable business benefits, has been named a member of The Start-Up Council. Founded on the belief that the next generation of emerging companies is on today's horizon, The Start-Up Council is comprised of seven companies representing brand identity, marketing, venture capital, business development, public relations and legal expertise. Along with the other six inaugural team members, AcuityCFO will interface with selected companies and will provide customized guidance to assist them with identifying and handling early-stage financial challenges.

Well suited for a place among the other Council members, AcuityCFO focuses on meeting the unique needs of small and mid-market private companies. Founded in 2004 with the goal of providing part-time CFO services and accounting support, the company has worked with dozens of companies spanning a variety of industries, including consumer, manufacturing, technology and health care. With a customized, hands-on approach, the AcuityCFO team provides sound financial leadership that has played a critical role in helping their clients to build high-performance accounting teams.

"We are extremely optimistic about the goals of The Start-Up Council, and are so happy to represent the financial element of what is provided to these young companies," said Kenji Kuramoto, AcuityCFO Partner. "I have had the privilege of being acquainted with many of the other founding members of this Council for a long time, and I am confident that we share a common objective to see the next generation of corporate leaders emerge with great strength and potential, thanks to the guidance of others that have already walked that path."

Formed in early 2006, The Start-Up Council emerged to provide an environment in which companies in the nascent phase of development could gain valuable insight into the components necessary to establish a successful business. The Council provides a free quarterly forum during which selected companies receive a platform to present their business, and to engage Council members with questions and recommendations. None of the assistance provided by the Council requires financial or contractual commitment from selected companies. To qualify for an audience with the Council, a start-up company simply submits a short application that provides information about its business, team and priorities.

About The Start-Up Council
The Start-Up Council was created in early 2006 out of a belief from founding partners that the next generation of emerging companies is on the horizon. In that spirit, the Start-Up Council exists to create a forum that accomplishes just that ... and then some. For more information about The Start-Up Council, please visit www.startupcouncil.com.
