AcuityCFO Continues to Expand Client Resources

COMPANY FURTHER AUGMENTS ITS CLIENT OFFERINGS WITH HIRE OF SUSAN STONE AS ENGAGEMENT MANAGER

ATLANTA, GA, March 26, 2007: — AcuityCFO, a trusted independent financial partner working within small and mid-market companies to create sustainable business benefits, has hired Susan Stone as an Engagement Manager. The most recent addition to the rapidly growing AcuityCFO team, Ms. Stone brings more than a decade of accounting experience to her role.

As part of the AcuityCFO team, Ms. Stone provides daily accounting consult and management for company clients. Working directly with in-house with designated engagement teams, she helps clients to manage the financial accounting process. Her role includes directing accounting close processes, handling account analysis and preparing financial statements. She also helps client teams to identify accounting issues and implement proper financial controls and procedures.

“AcuityCFO is fortunate to be experiencing solid growth, and adding Susan to the team fuels that progress,” said Stewart Brooks, AcuityCFO managing partner. “Susan exemplifies the smarts, the drive and the commitment that our current and new clients expect from our organization.”

“Susan is a perfect fit,” said partner Kenji Kuramoto. “Her first day on an AcuityCFO engagement, she solved an accounting issue that could have caused serious issues for our client. That’s the kind of intelligence and drive that we’re in business to offer.”

Ms. Stone comes to AcuityCFO from Intellinet, a highly certified and nationally recognized IT strategy and technology consulting services firm based in Atlanta, where she was the controller for two years. She handled planning, reporting, analysis and execution of all financial processes, developed departmental budgets, supervised the accounting staff and managed relationships with company banks and auditors. Prior to Intellinet, she worked in the controller position for Atlanta companies InComm and Peachtree Franchise Finance, respectively.
