AcuityCFO Continues to Expand Client Offerings
Addition of Diana Trace as Engagement Manager Augments Client Resources
March 3, 2008, Atlanta, GA: AcuityCFO, a trusted independent financial partner working within small and mid-market companies to create sustainable business benefits, has added another experienced accounting executive to its team. Diana Trace joins AcuityCFO as an Engagement Manager, and will apply more than a decade of experience to support company clients.
Ms. Trace will work closely with AcuityCFO clients, helping them to manage financial reporting and monthly closes. She will also be responsible for establishing strong accounting policies and procedures within client company teams.

Ms. Trace joins AcuityCFO from Firstwave Technologies, where she managed financial activities including monthly and quarterly closings, SEC filings, budgeting and forecasting, and revenue recognition. She also directed annual and quarterly audits, and was responsible for managing administrative and human resource activities. Prior to Firstwave, Ms. Trace was an independent consultant providing accounting services to clients including professional services firms and construction and distribution companies. Her previous experience includes accounting roles with a national consulting firm and a publicly-traded software company
