AcuityCFO Broadens Team with New Hire
ADDITION OF CORA MILLER AS ENGAGEMENT MANAGER EXPANDS CLIENT SERVICE CAPABILITIES
ATLANTA, GA, February 26, 2007: — AcuityCFO, a trusted independent financial partner working within small and mid-market companies to create sustainable business benefits, adds another seasoned financial executive to its growing staff of professionals. Cora Miller joins the AcuityCFO team as an Engagement Manager, providing daily accounting consult and management for company clients.
Working as part of designated client engagement teams, Ms. Miller helps AcuityCFO clients to manage all facets of the financial accounting process. Her responsibilities include directing accounting close processes, handling account analysis and preparing financial statements. She also assists client teams as they work to identify accounting issues and implement proper financial controls and procedures.

Ms. Miller comes to AcuityCFO after a successful tenure with AMAS, a private multi-million dollar Association Management company, where she was the Director of Finance. During her more than eight years with the company, Ms. Miller was responsible for a broad range of financial and accounting functions for as many as ten accounts at a time. Her experience also includes work with the Rialto Center for the Performing Arts. Additionally, Ms. Miller is a licensed real estate agent, is a Microsoft Certified Professional and is proficient in numerous hardware and software functions, including Microsoft, Intuit, Magic 8 and Peachtree Accounting systems.
